You must have served and been living on base a minimum of 30 days at Camp Lejeune between August 1953 and December 1987.

Or
Your mother was pregnant with you while living at Camp Lejeune for 30 days from 1953 to 1987.
Or
You are the surviving family member of a veteran who met the minimum requirements.
