The case was resolved through global mediation and he secured a $1 million settlement value for his young client, despite litigation that involved more than 50 claimants in a tragic interstate bus incident.
The client was a 10-year old girl who suffered a fractured right femur when the bus driver lost control of the vehicle and crashed. Our client required surgery to treat the fracture.
