Haunted Hunt Club Farm

Highlights: The 9th Annual NEON Festival is coming back to Norfolk! This free festival welcomes everyone to experience the NEON District through art exhibitions, local and national performances and mural tours.
The festival celebrates the energy in NEON and draws from the passion and creativity in Downtown and the region. Anchored by the Chrysler Museum of Art and Harrison Opera House and extending to The Plot on Granby Street, the NEON District includes many creative small businesses and arts partners that contribute to the festivities.
36th Annual Town Point Virginia Fall Wine Festival
Saturday, October 19, 2024 and Sunday, October 20th, 2024 from 11:00 AM until 6:00 PM.

Year after year, the Fall Town Point Virginia Wine Festival is one of Hampton Roads’ most anticipated wine festivals of the fall season. This year, the Fall Wine Festival takes places on Saturday & Sunday, October 19 & 20, 2024 at Town Point Park along the Downtown Norfolk Waterfront. Wine Enthusiast Magazine named Virginia one of the 10 best wine travel destinations in the world and the Fall Town Point Virginia Wine Festival encapsulates this recognition in grand fashion with more than 25 of the Commonwealth’s top wineries showcasing over 200 fine wines.

Overview: Come celebrate 30 years of haunting with the March of Dimes Annual Spooky Acres Haunted House. Young and old alike are sure to have a frighteningly good scare or two at Spooky Acres! We are 100% wheelchair friendly!!!! Parents don’t need to find a babysitter in order to come out and have fun. Somewhere when you least expect it, you run into some of your worst nightmares. Perhaps in an autopsy room, or the electric chair, or worse, lost in a maze. Even the walls are determined to get you! Young and old alike are sure to have a frighteningly good scare or two at Spooky Acres!

Test your skills at one of the largest mazes in our area. Then stop at the pumpkin field to pick a future Jack-o-lantern. Check their website for prices.

Located at 900 N Battlefield Blvd., Chesapeake, VA 23322
Highlights: There is something for everyone at the Pumpkin Patch. Family friendly attractions during the day and scary haunted mazes at night. Visit the eerie evening tour of Terror Woods for the fright of your life.
Open select nights and weekends through November 3rd, 2024
Highlights: With 5 haunted houses, an array of shows and thrill rides, there is plenty here to get your heart racing. Bring the family during the day, but at night be warned – this is a scary place to play. Make sure you visit their site for updates to park policies for 2024.
Bakers Acres Pumpkin Patch, Corn Maze, and Sunflower Field
Open weekends through October 31st until 6PM
Located at 1500 Box Elder Rd., Suffolk, VA
Highlights: Bring your family out to the Pumpkin Patch or pick some sunflowers then try your skills at the scavenger hunt in the corn maze. There is something for all ages at this fun, fall event.
October 10th – 13th, 2024, Admission is $10, 12 & Under are free

Highlights: Traditional festival fun continues with the annual Demolition Derby, Swamp Roar Motorcycle Rally, Peanut Cup Race, Monster Truck Rides, plus a full carnival complete with amusement rides, games and fest food. Special features include the World’s Only Peanut Butter Sculpting Competition, Suffolk Ruritan Club Shrimp Feast, fireworks, ArtVentures’ Imagination Station, Clogging Jamboree, a Touch-A-Truck interactive exhibit, straw maze, petting zoo and pony rides, plus a cornhole tournament, hot wing eating contests, two Princess Meet & Greet Sing-Alongs, etc.
